There is a conversation within each of our heads that glues our attention to our identity. Yet the name we go by, and our identity are both made up creations of this life. However we had existence before this made up identity. This identity starts at birth, evaporates at death. Yet that being which took a body and was alive before we were named and identified, is still within us. We live our lives as if we are our thoughts, yet we are not this made up identity. We existed before the identity. We only need to learn how to move our attention to the deeper soul within.
If one lets go of this “self” Eternity will surface.
